Villa Valpinia is spread over a fully landscaped plot of 1,500 m2, with a living area of 320 m2, and consists of the ground floor and the first floor.

On the first floor of the villa, there are 4 bedrooms for 8 people with private bathrooms and walk-in showers. Also, Villa Valpinia offers you a portable, baby cot that can be easily folded and ensures a comfortable and peaceful sleep for your little ones.
All rooms of Villa Valpinia are fully air-conditioned, equipped with LCD SMART TVs and WiFi internet. Each room has its own exit through large glass walls to a terrace with furniture for relaxing and enjoying morning coffee with a view of the calming greenery that surrounds the villa.
One of the most beautiful parts of Villa Valpinia is occupied by the green court, in the center of which there is a 40 m2 hydromassage overflow pool with an outdoor shower with hot water and comfortable deck chairs with umbrellas for resting and sunbathing on hot summer days.
Of course, we must not forget about our little, furry guests.

Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat alles was man sich wünschen kann in bezaubernder Umgebung.
Super ist der in 200m liegende Kramerladen und das ebenso fußläufig erreichbare sehr gute, deutschsprachige Restaurant.

Waren 1 Woche Anfang Juli in der Villa Valpinia. Stimmungsvolles, schönes Gebäude und top Einrichtung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam, Die Zimmer und der Garten bestens gepflegt. Ca. 300m entfernt ein tolles Restaurant und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft für den täglichen Gebrauch. Weitere Locations mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Für jeden etwas, von Fahrradtouren im leicht hügeligen Terrain, bis Baden am Meer in schönen Buchten oder einfach relaxen am hauseigenen Pool und Whirlpool. Wir werden wieder buchen. Vielen Dank

Villa Valpinia ist absolut perfekt.
Hier ist an Alles gedacht: Vom Bademantel bis zum Obstkorb.
Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und super sauber - ebenso der Garten.
Ideal für jeden, der Luxus in privater Atmosphäre, abseits vom Trubel der üblichen Badeorte, zu schätzen weiß.
Perfekt zum Radfahren und Wandern, oder einfach zum Relaxen am hauseigenen Pool.
Kleiner Supermarkt mit frischem Brot nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß.
Ebenso ein kleines lokales Restaurant.
Alles übrige findet man im ca. 8 km entfernten Labin.
Die Gastgeber, die Familie Frankovic, sind jederzeit erreichbar und tun Alles, um den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten.
